This week we’re going to be studying a whole book of the Bible. Sure, it’s only one chapter. But that still counts!
 
Philemon is a letter that was written by Paul to a man named (you guessed it) Philemon. The letter was also intended to be read by the church which met in Philemon’s home in Colossae. It was an open letter. And it dealt with one of the stickiest issues of the ancient world: slavery.
 
Many of us have had little exposure to this letter, so we thought it’d be helpful to encourage you to give it a read or listen in its entirety.
