Students are an important part of Chatham Church. Middle and high school students bring life, energy, and potential to everything they do. Our Student Ministry strives to help students and their friends become authentic followers of Jesus who will engage their world for good.
High School Day Out - June 16th
As a way of celebrating the end of the school year, the Mosaic High Schoolers are invited to participate in a fun day out on Saturday, June 16th. The group will meet up at the Pittsboro Campus, and carpool together to a local paintball center. Afterward, students will grab food, followed up by a trip to the movies! This event is limited to Mosaic High Schoolers, including rising 9th graders.
When: We will meet at the Pittsboro Campus at 12:00 pm and carpool to Black River Paintball in Angier. We currently have a 3 hour private paintball session booked from 2:00-5:00pm. We will then grab burgers and head to an evening movie. This event will conclude around 10:00 Saturday night.
Cost: The event is $50 per student, not including food. The paintball and movie tickets are paid for ahead of time, but students should bring $50 in cash or check to cover these expenses. Students should also bring cash to buy food (and extra paintballs for those "trigger happy" folks).
IMPORTANT DRIVING INFORMATION: Considering that we are carpooling for this event, it is extremely important that we are aware of any details surrounding students who are driving. Rides should be available for any student who needs one, however, students are welcomed to drive themselves. Any students who plans on driving another student/s needs to let us know this ahead of time, even if its a sibling.

Miscellaneous: Students should plan on bringing a change of clothes (for after paintball). Students who are not able to drive can be picked up at PBO Saturday night (we will make sure they communicate to parents a pickup ETA as the night progresses.)
Further Questions: Don't hesitate to email Blake: firstname.lastname@example.org
; or Call/text: 919.282.2674.
- Cost: Camp this year is $400 per student. This covers all expenses, including camp fees and travel. Mosaic will plan on having at least one fundraiser between now and camp time, and students who participate will have the chance to earn money to put towards their camp cost. If cost is an issue for a student who wants to go, please let us know! At the very least, we would love to partner with you in prayer that God would provide the means for each and every student who wants to go.
- Early Registration Discount: Students who are signed up NO LATER than March 15th will receive a $20 registration discount, bringing the total camp cost to $380.
- Final Registration Deadline: Students who plan on attending camp should be signed up NO LATER than June 1st, but the sooner the better!

Weekly Student Ministry We want students to connect in God-honoring relationships that help them grow in their relationships with Jesus Christ. To make this happen, we provide biblical teaching, practical mentoring and opportunities for fun and service that are specifically geared for students.
We divide the students into Middle School and High School groups to tailor content and activities to be age and stage appropriate.
During the school year, both Middle School and High School meet on Sunday night from 5:30-7:00 at Chatham Mills.
EDGE Night For a few Sunday nights each semester we bring together both middle and high school students for special large group gatherings called "EDGE Night." These times together are diverse: from just hanging out and having fun, to hearing from one of our pastors, to having fun serving others in Chatham County.
Worship Service We want every student to be actively involved in the life of our church before they graduate: worshipping, serving, and sharing. Students attend our Worship Services each Sunday and help serve in various Sunday morning ministries throughout Chatham Church. You can find us hanging out in the Gathering Space before and after service.
Special Events Camps, retreats, service projects, and road trips help round out our student ministry at Chatham Church. Whether it's serving impoverished communities in Appalachia or taking a day trip to Wet 'n Wild, the time students spend having adventures together tends to bear great spiritual fruit.
